Besides print newspapers being bullied by the “global internet press”, it’s interesting to think how Google plans to use/distribute these pages of past. I want to see the evolution of ads. Was it better back then? Better yet, I wonder how modern marketers/advertiser could profit from this. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see past ad campaigns reemerge with a modern twist. Maybe creatives will figure out a way to “insert” new ads in these archived papers.
